According to TMZ, Gallery confirmed Ayoung-Chee was in the tape with him and another woman, but the other woman was not Miss Japan.

Gallery went on to claim the video was swiped from his laptop while at a repair shop in Trinidad. The video itself, he reportedly told TMZ, was shot back in 2007.

"I feel horrible and embarrassed for Anya, her family and myself," he told TMZ, and suggested the leaking of the tape was done intentionally to damage her career.

The Miss Universe organization appeared to be distancing itself from this scandal. However, in a quote to TMZ, its statement that the video was shot "eight months after the pageant" would seem to conflict with Gallery's claim it was filmed in 2007.

Rees believes it was unfair of pageant officials to strip her of her crown.

Rees, 22, was crowned Miss Nevada in Las Vegas in October and was due to represent the state in the Miss USA pageant next spring.

Earlier this month, she was the guest of honour at a Special Olympics bowling tournament and last month attended an event for underprivileged children. But Rees showed off a much wilder side in the pictures, taken during a party in Tampa, Florida when she was 19.

Last Tuesday, Trump announced that hard-partying Miss USA Tara Conner – accused of underage drinking, drug use and promiscuous behaviour – was going to enter rehab but will keep her title.

Coach, assistant accused of having sex with students bond out

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (WSVN) -- A high school track coach and his assistant bonded out of jail Thursday morning after police arrested them for allegedly have sex with their students.

According to investigators, 29-year-old Raymond Holmes and his nephew, 19-year-old David Tillman, had sex with teenage students from Hollywood Christian Academy, where they both worked.

"I'm innocent, I'm innocent," said Holmes as he walked out of the Broward County Jail. He faces charges of unlawful sex acts with a minor while Tillman faces charges of lewd and lascivious battery. Unlike Holmes, Tillman has admitted his responsibility to the allegations. Both are now under house arrest.

According to the school's attorney they have fired Holmes from the school, and Tillman was only a volunteer.

According to Police, two of Holmes' track athletes skipped school and went to a McDonald's on Friday, and Holmes and Tillman picked them up. The two men then took the two teens, one 15 and another 16, to the apartments of the men. Police said, Holmes had sex with the 16-year-old, while his nephew had sex with the 15-year-old.

Police said they were notified by the school about the encounters after one of the mothers found text messages that alarmed her on the cell phone of one of the victims. She contacted the school about them, who then called police.

Carter Edwards, the headmaster at Hollywood Christian said, "We've become aware of these allegations. It was shocking to us. At this point there is an on-going investigation, and we've been instructed by our attorney to not have any further comment on the matter."

Fort Lauderdale Police spokesperson Frank Sousa explained the events that lead up to the charges. "The track coach who was identified as Raymond Holmes entered into a sexual relationship with one of his track students. The relationship culminated in them having sex at least three times."

Both Holmes and Tillman have priors. Police arrested Holmes in 2003 for fondling a child. "They should screen people before they even hire them and do background checks," said Marie Barossy, a concerned parent who has a child in the school.

The school is no stranger to scandal. Back in September of 2009, police charged a softball coach with child molestation.
